The Bible Society of Nigeria will hold its annual Bible Quiz on Thursday organized for visually impaired students to enable them to engage with the word of God.
The event which will take place at the Apostolic Church, Palmgrove, Lagos, will be chaired by the Founder of the Rainbow Foundation, Mrs. Kalango Koko.
Participating students will come from seven schools in Lagos. They include Bethesda Home for the Blind, Mushin; Nigeria Farmcraft Center for the Blind, Idimu; Vocational School for the Blind, Oshodi; Kings College, Obalende; Lagos State Senior Model College, Agbowa-Ikosi; Lagos State Junior Model College, Agbowa-Ikosi, and Federal Government College, Ijaniki.
According to a statement released by the company’s Director, Media and PR, Benjamin Mordi, the winner of the event would walk away with the prize of N100,000.
The statement read in part: “The winner of the competition will go home with a cash prize of N100,000; the first runner-up will receive N75,000, while the runner-up will receive N50,000.
